First and foremost, I am an entrepreneur at heart and a lawyer by profession. This combination of expertise helps me see both sides of the proverbial coin. An entrepreneur’s eye for an opportunity combined with a lawyer’s ability to assess and manage the risk. That’s a rare combination of skills. I am also a confident and robust negotiator having spent many hours and days negotiating and settling large multi-million euro IT disputes on behalf of Dell Technologies.

I previously co-founded Blackrock Technologies, a consulting firm focused on assisting IT organisations to navigate complex software licensing audits and the associated enforcement of the software vendors’ intellectual property rights.
